Noah’s Bagels to get ‘makeover’ from Einstein Bros

The Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, owner of the Noah’s bagel brand, will be starting a rebranding process for the Mercer Island store bagel shop and four other Seattle locations at the end of July, transitioning the locations to the Einstein Bros’ brand in order to “offer its customers more choices, a larger selection of healthier fare and a broader line of specialty beverage offerings,” according to a press release.

The Noah’s location, across from QFC on S.E. 28th Street, will close for a few days for changes and will reopen with a grand opening celebration set for Aug. 26.

“Seattle continues to be a favorite market for our company, and by now offering 15 fresh bagel flavors and adding our Smart Choices menu, we hope to be able to provide local residents with more options that fit into their healthy lifestyle,” said Jeff O’Neill, chief executive officer of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group. “The same friendly team members will be welcoming guests back into the restaurant upon the re-opening, and we look forward to sharing the Einstein Bros’ experience with Seattle.”

Company’s stock is traded on the NASDAQ under the symbol BAGL.
