Four new restaurants coming to Bellevue's Crossroads Shopping Center
Four new restaurants are being added to the eclectic lineup of locally-owned and authentic international eateries at Crossroads Shopping Center in Bellevue.
Openings began in July and will extend into December. Here’s the lineup:
The French Bakery Café
Local favorite The French Bakery has opened a second location in July inside Crossroads’ Public Market food court area.The cafe features French pastries, crépes, and desserts baked on site, a full lunch menu and Italian espresso.
The French Bakery’s first Crossroads location has been a popular destination since it opened in 2010. It was voted “Best Bakery” in The Bellevue Reporter’s Best of Bellevue Awards.
Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzeria
Tutta Bella will open at Crossroads in October. Tutta Bella was the first restaurant in the Northwest to earn a VPN certification from the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana.
The restaurant, which uses imported ingredients and centuries-old artisan traditions, has been named the "Best Pizza in Seattle" by Seattle Weekly.
The 7,000 square-foot restaurant will fearture 300 seats and a true four-season patio. It will be located at the main entrance to Crossroads on 156th Avenue Northeast.
Jinya Ramen Bar
Southern California-based Jinya Ramen Bar will open its newest location at Crossroads this month. Jinya serves authentic Japanese Tonkotsu Ramen that has captured the attention of the Los Angeles Times, LA Weekly, OC Weekly, and Angeleno magazine.
Pulitzer prize-winning food critic Jonathan Gold described the fare as “big earthen bowls of ramen… a flavor bomb.”
Jinya will be located on the north side of Crossroads, near Barnes and Noble.
Thrive Organic Café will serve freshly prepared vegetarian food and juices with a focus on raw and living foods. Owner and Founder Monika Kinsman’s goal is to demolish the myth that to eat healthy you must sacrifice deliciousness.
Founded in the Ravenna neighborhood of Seattle in 2008, Thrive has already garnered a number of awards and titles, including the first of “10 Great Places to Rejoice in Raw Vegan Dining” by USA Today in 2013.
Thrive will open Dec. 17 in Crossroads’ health & fitness zone next to Crunch Fitness and Stone Gardens: The Climbers Gym.
People can get an early preview of Thrive every Tuesday afternoon now through October at the Crossroads Farmers Market.
