Dunham Scholarship open to students now

Application forms for the 2011 Stanley Ann Dunham Scholarship are now available at the Mercer Island High School. The scholarship is given annually to graduating senior women who have shown a commitment to bridging cultures and empowering citizens of the world.

Dr. Dunham, a 1960 graduate of Mercer Island High School, worked to create financial independence among the indigenous people of Indonesia.The application is due by Monday, Feb. 28, 2011.
