Tickets available for Virginia V sailings

Tickets to sail on the historic Virginia V Steamship during Summer Celebration are still available for both the day cruises and the fireworks cruise. The cruises will last an hour and a half, leaving and returning to the docks at Luther Burbank Park. Daytime sailings are at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. The boat boards 30 minutes before departure. Call the Community Center at Mercer View at 275-7609 for daytime sailings. For fireworks cruise tickets, call the Mercer Island Chamber of Commerce office at 232-3404.
