Club Emerald hosts ‘Spark’ for girls

Jill Rose is leading a program called “Spark,” an eight-week curriculum designed to empower and inspire middle school girls through yoga and creative arts. Each week features a theme relevant to a teenage girl’s experience. Topics include “Strength,” “Trust” and “Beauty.”

Sessions are two hours each Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. at Club Emerald (3028 78th Ave. S.E.).
