Bring clean Styrofoam to the Islander Middle School north parking lot from Dec. 22 through Dec. 31 to be recycled. Look for a marked trailer in the parking lot.

The event, supported by the Mercer Island Schools and Boy Scout Troop 647, will take Styrofoam to be recycled.

Pieces smaller than a dinner plate should be placed in clear plastic garbage bags, including ‘peanut’ packaging.
