Students from MIHS, Sammamish High School, and Newport High School have partnered with Seattle Adaptive Sports to hold a wheelchair basketball game between teams consisting of students, staff and local celebrities from the high schools to play against the Junior Sonics basketball team. The event will take place at MIHS on Wednesday, April 18, and the doors will open at 6 p.m. The game starts at 7 p.m.

There will be a silent auction before and during the game, as well as a raffle to fundraise for college scholarships for wheelchair basketball players. The proceeds will go to Seattle Adaptive Sports player scholarships.

If you would like to donate an item to the auction, please email carol_wiseley@misd.wednet.edu or call (206) 230-6344.
