The Mercer Island Parks & Recreation Department still have some spaces left in the summer day camp program.

The camp is offered for kids ages 6-11 and includes crafts, field trips, swimming and other education activities. Each week includes a different theme, and if the weather cooperates the group will visit a variety of parks and beaches.

The camps run June 18 through August 17 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Mercer Island Community and Event Center.
