Mercer Island High School freshman Victoria Yeh was offered the chance to illustrate the cover of a book as part of her career project.
Katherine Kirkpatrick offered her the job of illustrating the book, “Trouble’s Daughter,” when Kirkpatrick’s book was transferred to the Kindle version.
After several sketches and versions back and forth between Kirkpatrick and Yeh, the finalized version was chosen.
The book will soon be available on Kindle.
