Marty Brounstein, an author, speaker and management consultant from the San Francisco Bay Area, will present a discussion of his recent book, Two Among the Righteous Few: A Story of Courage in the Holocaust, at the Stroum Jewish Community Center, 3801 East Mercer Way, on July 15 at 4 p.m.

The book covers Broustein's research traveling to the Netherlands in 2009 and connecting with the children of a Catholic couple who saved two dozen Jewish people during the Holocaust, a remarkable act of interfaith service. As Brounstein and his wife traced the records of Frans and Mien Wijnakker, with help from the Yad Vashem museum in Jerusalem, they discovered that the story had a strong personal connection to them as well, which Brounstein will share at the event.

The discussion is free and open to the public. Wine and refreshments will be served.
