More than a dozen children paraded along S.E. 40th Street to their new Pixie Hill Preschool classroom a block away from the old location on Monday morning, Sept. 17.

The school's new location is at 4025 86th Avenue S.E., in a home next to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.

The Mercer Island Preschool Association founded the preschool in the early 1950s. A volunteer parent board runs the school, offering programs for pre-K children ages 3 and 4.
