IRS small business workshop is Oct. 3 | Community news

The Seattle office of the Washington State Department of Revenue will host a free workshop for new and small business owners from 1 to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 3, at 2101 Fourth Ave., Suite 1400, in Seattle.

Participants will learn about Washington excise taxes, reporting classifications, deductions, tax incentives, sales tax collection, and record-keeping requirements. Participants will receive a workbook and helpful reference guide to Department of Revenue rules and regulations.
