Friendship Circle Walk is Sunday

On Sunday, Oct. 21, The Friendship Circle will host its first annual ‘Walk With Friendship’ event, a walk-a-thon to show support and raise awareness for children and teens with special needs.

Beginning at Mercerdale Park at 12:30 p.m., participants  can take part in either the 1K Family Walk or the 5K Loop around downtown Mercer Island. Upon returning to Mercerdale Park, walkers will enjoy food and entertainment.

This family event is free and open to the public.
