Mercer Island YFS food bank needs donations

October 16, 2012 · 1:46 PM

The Youth and Family Services food bank needs help in keeping its pantry shelves full to help those in need in our community.

They especially need: peanut butter and jelly, Top Ramen, boxed cereal, canned chicken or tuna, white and brown rice, hearty soups, Rice-a-Roni and mac and cheese products.

Donations can be delivered to the Mercer Island Community Center, MIYFS offices in Luther Burbank Park and the Thrift Shop during business hours.
