Last Friday, Oct. 26 was the annual All Island Band Night at halftime of the Mercer Island football game. It's a night to celebrate student bands on Mercer Island, featuring hundreds of musicians from the elementary, middle school and high school band programs.

Last weekend was also the annual Mercer Island Preschool Association's Halloween Party. Held at the Mercer Island Community and Event Center, the party featured treats for kids and adults alike.
