Free fishing, state parks days this weekend

All state parks will be free to use this weekend, without the need for a Discover pass.

In honor of National Get Outdoors Day, state parks will be free to use on Saturday and Sunday, June 8-9, while state forest lands will be free to use on Saturday.

Also this weekend is a free fishing weekend by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife. Some restrictions are still in place, such as seasons, area and lure or bait restrictions, size and catch limit. Catch cards are still required.
