 - Islander Chuck Genhm sits in a very old Chinese-made all-steel Cyclone bicycle welded to a sidecar — in front of his First Hill home last week. The contraption sold at the Cascade Bicycle Club’s annual bike swap last weekend for $200 before it was even unloaded off a truck.
