Alison Jean Link and David Paul Zurcher were married on Jan. 30, 2010, at University Presbyterian Church in Seattle, followed by a reception at the Broadmoor Golf Club.

The wedding party included matron of honor Andrea (Baker) Bolster, Mercer Island High School friend of the bride; maid of honor Diane Hudelson; bridesmaids Jill Eastes, Lori Standish and Debbie Medawar; flower girls Elizabeth and Rebecca Bolster; best man Tim Zurcher; and groomsmen Doug Link, Amir Medawar, Craig Sutton and Chris Medawar.

The bride graduated from Mercer Island High School and attended the University of Washington and Seattle Pacific University, where she graduated with an English degree and Washington state teaching certificate. The daughter of Marilynn and Allan Link, of Mercer Island, she is employed at Seattle Children’s Hospital.

The groom graduated from Western Washington University with degrees in political science and religious studies, and is employed at Vaupell Industrial Plastics. He is the son of Margaret Zurcher and the late Thomas Zurcher, of Bellevue.

The couple honeymooned in Hawaii and currently resides in Bellevue.
