Constantine Maroulis to bring 'Rock of Ages' to Seattle
January 27, 2011 · 3:48 PM
In 1987 on the Sunset Strip, a small-town girl met a big-city dreamer – and in L.A.’s most legendary rock club, they fell in love to the greatest songs of the ‘80’s. It’s ROCK OF AGES, a hilarious, feel-good love story told through the hit songs of iconic rockers Journey, Styx, REO Speedwagon, Foreigner, Pat Benatar, Whitesnake, and many more.
Now the Broadway musical is coming to Seattle staring Tony award nominee Constantine Maroulis of “American Idol” fame. Maroulis will reprise his performance as Drew in the first national tour of the musical.
It will be at Seattle’s Paramount Theatre for eight performances from Tuesday through Feb. 13.
Tickets start at $28.50 and are available on-line at stgpresents.org and tickets.com, by calling 877-784-4849 or in person at The Paramount Theatre Box Office (Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
