Bellevue artist to show new works at Bellingham gallery

DeCuir studied painting at Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles; she’s a member of the Eastside Association of Fine Artists, and was awarded second prize in the association’s last open juried show, held in Redmond. DeCuir enjoys teaching art and is slated to give a demonstration of underpainting techniques at the Daniel Smith Bellevue store in November. The artist lives in Bellevue with her husband and three daughters.
