Seattle Repertory Jazz Orchestra to play Ellington's 'Far East Suite'

The Seattle Repertory Jazz Orchestra will perform Duke Ellington's "Far East Suite" at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 20 at the Kirkland Performance Center.

The "Far East Suite" is a work in nine movements composed by Ellington along with his writing collaborator, Billy Strayhorn.

Regular ticket prices range from $21 to $38. Tickets can be purchased by phone at 206-523-6159 or online at www.srjo.org.

The Kirkland Performance Center is located at 350 Kirkland Ave.
