David Eisenhour works at installing his sculpture 'Lichen Horn' at City Hall Pavillion on Thursday, June 24. The work is one of 26 works of art from various artists that are located along an art walk from City Hall to the Galleria and onto the Downtown Park. The art, called “Bellwether 2010: Art Walk Bellevue” will run through Oct. 17.
