Possible solution to park and ride parking crunch | Letter

Here’s a possible idea for helping alleviate the parking crunch at the Mercer Island Park and Ride.

How about Metro reserves parking spots for carpools of two or more people who arrive in the morning by 8:30 a.m. or so? Metro Transit already does this at several other park and ride locations (see www.seattletimes.com/seattle-news/transportation/metro-transit-offers-reserved-park-ride-stalls-to-carpools/).
