The swimming pool at a $23.8 million mansion for sale near Faben Point on Mercer Island has been named to a list of top 10 swimming pools at homes presently offered for sale across the nation. The list of luxury residences was compiled by the real estate company Zillow. The Island home has the third highest offering price among those included in the list.
Beverly Hills, Miami Beach, and Kihei, Hawaii, boast some of the other luxurious pools.
The Island pool is situated above the shoreline of Lake Washington, adjacent to a living-room-sized outdoor entertainment deck off the main house. It has a water feature and a sunken hot tub. The blog mentions the pool's "infinity edge" and notes that it has "Bellagio-type drama."
The Mercer Island home, built in 2007 and once listed at $28 million, is 13,721 square feet and has eight bedrooms.
