Toxic toy testing
Eastside politician Darcy Burner and Islander Maureen Judge will be hosting an event for parents to bring in toys to be tested for possible contamination with lead or other toxic chemicals. The testing will be free. The event will be held between 6 and 8 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 15, at Island Park Elementary School.
