“Shrek Forever After,” the fourth and final installment of the Shrek movie saga, finds our hero aggravated and stressed about having to be a father and misses being feared by villagers, as he was when he was a “real” ogre. Shrek finds himself manipulated by Rumpelstiltskin into giving up one day of his childhood for one day of being a free, feared ogre again.

We met some friends at the Seattle waterfront in February for a nice dinner. Afterward Lenny said he wanted to hear a buddy of his play with a band at Café Racer in Ravenna. It was pretty much the last thing I wanted to do that night, but I decided to be a good sport. “Did I mention that it’s an accordion band?” he asked.

At the age of 15, Comedian Jamie Kennedy was told his dreams of becoming an actor were far fetched. He did what any rebellious teenager would do. He enlisted in acting classes and is now laughing all the way to the bank.

For almost 40 years, world-renowned jewelry artist Arline Fisch has rarely created anything but jewelry. Creatures from the Deep, originally commissioned by Racine Art Museum in 2008, challenged the artist to bring her work to a grand scale, using knitting and crocheting techniques to create "families" of jellyfish out of her signature color-coated copper wire.
