The U.S Navy Blue Angels took to the sky over Lake Washington during a practice session for the annual Seafair airshow on Thursday morning. To see more photos of the Blue Angels check out staff photographer Chad Coleman's photo blog, Focus Northwest, for performances from Thursday and Friday.

The I-90 bridge will be closed this week to accommodate the Blue Angels' practice and shows during Seafair.

Drivers who want to ensure that they can cross the lake using I-90 should drive across Lake Washington at least one hour before the announced closure times, according to WSDOT.
