Mercer Island native promoted at Dartmouth Medical School

Leslie Hendricks Fall, M.D., daughter of Islanders Paul and Yvonne Hendricks, has been promoted to professor of pediatric medicine and vice chair of the Pediatric Department at Dartmouth Medical School and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Hanover, New Hampshire. Fall, a member of the Mercer Island High School class of 1981, graduated from the UCLA and was accepted as a medical school student at Dartmouth. Following an internship at the University of California, Irvine, she returned to Dartmouth both as a clinical practitioner and as an educator. She has gained national recognition as president of a nonprofit foundation dedicated to providing medical training via the Internet.
Fall and her husband, David, are parents of three children, and Fall’s parents are longtime residents of Mercer Island.
