The City of Mercer Island has four trucks plowing and sanding main roadways on Mercer Island, which began last Sunday afternoon and continued into the night.

The trucks will continue plowing and sanding the roads as necessary until the winter weather ends.

Residents can read the Winter Roads section of the City's website to learn more about snow and ice removal priorities and winter driving tips.
