The continuing construction across the East Channel bridge along Interstate 90 will be finished this weekend.
The concrete barriers will be removed from the southern side of the bridge by Friday and travel lanes will be re-stripped over the weekend. All lanes will be reopened to traffic on Monday, April 16, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The work was part of the Stage 2 of the I-90 Two-Way Transit and HOV Operations project.
