Fans of the Seattle Seahawks who are going to this Sunday's game against the St. Louis Rams can ease some traffic by catching a Metro shuttle to the game.

Shuttles leave specific park-and-ride locations about two hours before kick off and will return to those park-and-rides after the game.

Non-stop shuttles to the Dec. 23 game will leave from the Eastgate Park-and-Ride, Northgate Transit Center and the South Kirkland Park-and-Ride. The last shuttle will leave for the game around 35 minutes before kickoff.

Shuttles are cash only and are $4 each way or $8 for round trop. No ORCA cards or passes are accepted on the shuttles and exact change is required.

Buses leaving for the Eastgate Park-and-Ride will depart from Fifth Avenue South at South Weller Street.
