Mercer Island City Council, MISD board meetings Jan. 7 and Jan. 10

The Mercer Island City Council will hold it's first meeting of 2013 on Monday, Jan. 7 at City Hall.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
Representatives from the Washington State Department of Transportation, along with State Representatives Judy Clibborn, Marcie Maxwell and State Senator Steve Litzow will be on hand to share and discuss tolling on Interstate 90.
On Thursday, Jan. 10, the Mercer Island School District will hold it's first 2013 meeting start at 7 p.m. in City Council Chambers.
The meeting topics include: facilities master planning, school safety audit, elementary school start times and public records requests discussion.
Both meetings will be broadcast on Channel 21.
