City manager receives 2.5 percent bonus

At the last City Council meeting, it was moved by Deputy Mayor Dan Grausz and seconded by Councilmember Jane Meyer Brahm to approve a performance payment for the city manager equal to 2.5 percent of his 2013 annual base salary consistent with Section II (B) of the Employment Agreement dated Jan. 1, 2005, in recognition of the city manager’s performance and achievement of the Council’s goals during the 12-month period from January 2012 through December 2012. The motion passed, 5-2.

Councilmembers Mike Cero  and Mike Grady voted against the measure.
