Nestle Prepared Foods Company has issued a voluntary recall for packages of it's Lean Cuisine Culinary Collection mushroom mezzaluna ravioli after glass fragments were found in the ravioli portion of the meal.
The recall is for products with the production codes: 2311587812 and 2312587812 with best before dates of Dec. 2013.
Three consumers have reported finding small fragments of glass. No injuries have been reported.
The entree was produced in early November 2012. Because of the product's popularity, Nestle believes little remains in distribution. Consumers should look at their freezer in case they have the product.
Anyone who may have purchased the recalled item is instructed not to eat it, and contact Nestle customer service at (866) 586-9424 or email leancuisine@casupport.com.
