MI Firefighters honored

The Mercer Island Firefighters held their annual awards banquet  for 2013. Honors were given to Firefighter Scott Logsdon for Firefighter of the Year.

Logsdon has been with the department since 2008. Battalion Chief Shawn Matheson, who joined the department in 1987, was selected as Fire Officer of the Year.
