Child 'Safety Day' at Factoria mall, Saturday May 31

A CHILD SAFETY DAY & Law Enforcement Appreciation Day is between 11 and 3 p.m. Saturday, May 31.

Bellevue Police are holding a child safety day between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. at the Factoria Mall workforce. The first 50 kids under age 12 in line will receive a new biccycle helmet.Additional helmets will also be sold at cost at just $9 each. There will be health and safety information from experts, kids activities, music, and giveaways. There will be a free child IDs, information for parents and family support agencies. Children can have their photos taken on a police motorcycle.

The event is free.
