A fundraiser for the Mercer Island Youth and Family Services Foundation, called The Pumpkin Patch, will feature blown glass by local artists. The art will be on display and for purchase at participating merchants.

Glass artists include Islanders Joni Johnson and Jason Gamrath and local artists Robert Mays, Sean Star and Brad Burzynski. Special activities will take place in conjunction with the Third Thursday Art Walk on Oct. 18. For more information, contact Roger Kjos at Mercer Island Youth and Family Services at (206) 236-3543.
