Porsche gone

A man told police Jan. 17 that he parked his red, 1988 Porsche 911 on a lower level of a secured parking garage in the 2700 block of 76th Avenue S.E. He said he went for a walk later that day, saw the security gate stuck open and reported it to the management. The next morning, he discovered his Porsche had been stolen.

Attempted car theft

Someone entered an unlocked blue, 2001 Saturn, that was parked in the unsecured portion of a parking garage in the 2700 block of 76th Avenue S.E. The ignition was punched and items were moved around but nothing appeared to be missing, the victim told police Jan. 17. Damage was estimated at $250.

Theft from car

Someone took a stereo amplifier and a subwoofer from an unlocked black, 1999 Ford Ranger parked in the 4000 block of 78th Avenue S.E., according to a police report from Jan. 17. Loss was estimated at $250.
