Paws on parade

The St. Patrick’s Day Paw Promenade is at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, along the I-90 Trail to the off-leash dog park at Luther Burbank Park. Meet at City Hall and follow the paved trail (a flat, easy walk suitable for families and people of all abilities) from City Hall to the Luther Burbank off-leash dog park, where there will be pet-related vendors, raffles, demonstrations and activities for the whole family. Plan to walk rain or shine. Prizes will be awarded to the “most spirited” dog, so don’t forget to wear green. Free. Call (206) 275-7791.
