The Island's 77 Central apartment complex has won a 2010 Built Green Award from the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties. The awards honor projects, people, organizations and practices that excel in ecological building standards.

Seco Development was honored for 77 Central Apartments in the category of multifamily high rise over five stories. The three-star Built Green project has 14,500 square feet of retail space and 178,600 square feet of housing area.

Located on 77th Avenue S.E. in the Town Center, the building opened to the public last summer.
