Not only does the Mercer Island Rotary Run brings thousands of runners and walkers to Mercer Island each March, it also draws out many to cheer for those racing.

The Chou family decided to do just that last Sunday, March 24, to cheer on mom Kim who ran the half marathon.

Kevin Chou, along with daughters Sophia, Sydney and son Nicholas made signs and cheered for the runners as they past by early Sunday morning.

Nicholas Chou even tried to give the racers a little encouragement by posing as Ryan Gosling.
