Colin Suter also reached double figures for the Wolverines (11-1, 6-0), scoring 12 points. Josh Stenberg led Mercer Island in scoring with 16 points, while Sam Nordale and Griffin Emanuels each had 11 for the Islanders (9-4, 3-3).

Mercer Island will take on the Liberty Patriots (8-5, 3-3) at 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15 at Liberty High School. The Patriots beat the Islanders 72-69 in their previous matchup Dec. 8.
