Last Friday, Boston’s nightmare week involving bombings at the Boston Marathon and a citywide manhunt came to an end when a suspect was arrested.

Police arrested Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and  did not read him his Miranda Rights, citing a federal public safety exemption.
