Apparently, “grab ass’n” is still alive and well at Mercer Island City Hall. All the major players involved in the sexual harassment suit are still employed or have retained their seats on the City Council, including the city manager, the city’s legal council and one city councilman.

After 9 years of investigation and a $1,180,560 tab (not counting the fee for the executive job search for Ms. Lindell), this local taxpayer votes we dump ass-grabbers and sexual predators and return to the days when mayors and city councils worked on civic problems, not personal problems. Think of the money we’ll save.
