This is in response to the letter about the deer needing to be removed from the Island. I think it is a nice change seeing the deer on the Island, watching the fawns play this fall was a lot of fun! And the bucks are pretty awesome also. I also believe that the woman that was killed in Denver did not have a small blacktail deer crash through her car since they don’t normally go past the Cascades. And I’m sure the driver was exceeding the maximum Island limit of thirty five miles per hour. I say slow down and enjoy the wildlife as they try to co-habit with us humans. There are plenty of parks for them to inhabit.
