Letter | Wise move to buy Stevenson land

The purchase of Stevenson’s property by the Mercer Island School District is great news for our community. With this investment, the property is now a community asset that will pay dividends to the entire Island for generations to come. The transition from a private property to a public good is the best possible outcome for one of the last remaining open spaces on the Island.
