Mercer Island — do you know? Do you care? Our beloved True Value Hardware is due to disappear! The property is going to be another new construction of a five-story, mixed-use building with 209 apartment units, 11,000 square feet of proposed retail, and 214-267 subterranean parking stalls.

The public meeting for design review will be Wednesday, March 13, at 7 p.m. at the City Council Chambers. There will be a meeting for final design at the same place on Wednesday, March 27, at 7 p.m. Be aware and speak up!
