First it was a reduction of days, with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday closed. Now the hours are reduced to 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Last Saturday I pulled in at 6 p.m. with a load of cardboard and was greeted by the yellow closed ribbon and the new hours. I pulled out and parked and watched several other residents try to enter in the bright evening sunlight.

My suggestion: Assuming this operation generates a cash flow, why not spend a tiny bit of it to make the hours convenient for the local businesses and residents?
