Let’s stop giving such energy toward the Island Crest/Merrimount intersection. Here is a new view! Leave it as it is. However, add 4-by4-foot flashing light signs 200 yards on each side of the intersection that flash “Danger Intersection Ahead, Slow Down!” While we are making these signs, we probably can get a group discount for printing signs for 47th, 48th, etc.

Trying to get onto Island Crest from any side street or driveway is a real challenge. Let’s just slow down, put our cell phones away and get courteous. Put our political efforts into solving the extravagant expenses of the State DSHS Dept. and eliminating the 84-year-old illegal state monopoly called Washington State Liquor Board.
