Terri Caditz is an excellent choice for School Board director, Position 2. Terri has experience and firsthand knowledge of the schools and their workings, which will make her effective quickly; however, the most important attribute she possesses is courage.

In my last five years volunteering with Terri, I have been involved in many situations that are emotionally charged and/or politically sensitive. Terri consistently has addressed the situation with facts, emotional intelligence and courage. She goes to the source to resolve the situation. She is conscientious and fair. She doesn’t have agendas. She works diligently to build consensus while forging toward fair solutions. It’s this courageousness that ultimately will make Terri a great School Board member. A skilled board member will be able to address a wide range of issues including curriculum, budget, facilities and relationships with the city and other parties. They must be accessible and be good listeners with the courage to act on our behalf. Terri is this person. Please join me in supporting her for the upcoming School Board election.
